license code stopped working

My license code doesn't work anymore. When I enter it again to activate, it gives me an error. I purchased the code just 3 months ago so it doesn't expire for quite a while.

I tried to get the exchange code but it also gave me an error.

Please advise. Thank you!

I have the same problem, but no one has explained how to get an exchange code. That may be because there IS NO SUPPORT.  C'mon guys, give me a hand.

I just bought a lifetime pro licence for the software yesterday and it worked fine for somewhat like 3- 4 hours and now the application somehow deactiavated itself. And I cannot upgrade to pro again.

And I already tried to contact the support team regarding the issue, but nobody responded...

Why is the app so buggy ? I hope there are plans to improve the software and add some extra features
