Hi,

I started a project in SmartPixel free, and have recently purhcased a licence. I am now ready to export my project but when it gets to 80% I get the error message "SmartPixel Was Unable To Produce Accurate Sampling, You May Need To Restart Smart Pixel".  This is stopping me from exporting hours of work.  Also, it seems like the watermark is still showing on the video.

This is for business use and I am in urgent need of help.
File is too large to attach, even when zipped (as a WPC).

Thanks

It's a video effect bug, please try to not add many video effects, we are working on new methods to solve this issue in the new version, please wait our next version.
