I bought a 1 year license an hour ago and the confirmation of payment came from PayPal and Avangate but no code has been sent yet. My email is meagan_jack99@hotmail.com and order number is 56015889.

I have also sent an email to the smart pixel email provided for activation issues with no response yet.
