Watermark still appearing

Hello, I am having the same issue as http://bbs.smartpixel.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=88

I bought the Bits du Jour promotion. I installed and logged into the software. In settings / profile it shows my profile information with 1796 days to go for both Camera and Producer.

Nevertheless, when recording a video Smartpixel includes a watermark.

Can you please do something about this? I bought Smartpixel to record some professional videos and now I am unable to do it

Hi,

Please let us know the following information to help you remove the watermark:

1. please login Smartpixel software with your account used to pay to confirm your account is VIP member account.
2. We'd like to know does the watermark appear every time you record a video? Or did it appear only the first time you run SmartPixel?
3. Have you tried to reinstall it?
4. Please open install directory. Go to 'Save' folder and delete opt3 file. Restart the program and try again.

same thing happened to me? how to fix this? it happened everytime i record.

In settings, tick "No watermark". SIMPLE???
